Venkman’s Ghost

Sonoran desert rock band Venkman’s Ghost have been making an impression in their dusty border town with a unique blend of hypnotic drum beats and crunchy rocking riffs. Husband and wife team, guitarist and bassist “Danger” Dave and “Mos Stef” Stefani spent evenings creating riffs and lyrics acoustically before adding friend “Thrillhouse” Golding onto the drums for some solid jamming. What emerged was a groovy sound that has driven Venkman’s Ghost into the forefront of the local music showcase with heavily distorted grinding guitar riffs and thumping bass lines intertwining with hard edged grungy drumbeats.
